Do you have an alternative solution that you may be able to offer some of our unhelped vendors?

Do you have spare time available to make lots of phone calls?

These leads are either missing information, low equity, said no to 25% BMV online, or have been unsold for more than 5 days.

If you ring enough of these leads, you will become an expert at research and negotiation.

You will also find the occasional DEAL, expect around 1 in 25 to be a BMV completion (compared to usual 1 in 8 or 9 with paid for leads).

These leads are FREE on the following 10 terms:

1. You agree to contact every vendor whose lead you remove from the shop, by phone, email or post if necessary.
2. You agree to provide brief feedback in reply to the lead delivery email, if this is not sent to us within 1 week, you agree to pay our invoice of 1% of the estimated market value quoted on the lead.
3. You agree to have no more than 5 leads with feedback outstanding at any one time, ie you will not take more until you have provided feedback.
4. You agree that if you have questions you will join, post, read replies and seek guidance from the investor community at Tycoons Forum (click here)
5. You agree to send us via paypal to phil@rapidpropertygroup.com, 1% of RICS survey Price, as a Finders Fee, for any properties that you personally buy from these leads (Only valid when you take title).
6. You agree that if you create a saleable BMV deal from the lead, you will give us the opportunity to sell the deal and that all profits from this deal will be divided 50/50 between you and us.
7. You agree to send us via paypal to phil@rapidpropertygroup.com, £500 Finders Fee for every Lease Option acquisition you carry out (Only valid when you Sign the Option).
8. You agree that if you create a saleable Option deal from the lead, you will give us the opportunity to sell the deal and that all profits from this deal will be divided 50/50 between you and us.
9. You agree to send via paypal to phil@rapidpropertygroup.com, 20% of your financial remuneration for any other financial benefit you get from the leads, eg debt management referrals, remortgage commissions etc. (LINK PROFIT FROM BUYING LEADS YPN)
