My cart is locked! What is this?

This error occurs when you start the checkout process, but do not finish it. This usually happens when you use your browser's back button to return to our site from PayPal. If you change your mind, please use the 'cancel' button on our checkout page, or if you're on PayPal, use the 'Cancel and return to Rapid Property Investment' link at the bottom of your page.

I have a discount voucher. Where do I enter the code?

Some of you may have a discount voucher from the old site. We currently don't have any way to automatically handle these vouchers, but we will of course still honour them. Until this is set up, please can you buy the items you want at full price, and email your discount code to phil@rapidpropertygroup.com amd we will credit your account with the full value that you are due
