And what a return I have had on my intial investment. I managed to obtain the property at 37% BMV. This also equates £26,319 instant equity and approximately £10,000 cashback after fees and also a healthy £108 in postive cashflow! The sale price was set by the vendors themselves as they told me exactly how much they would like from the deal so it was a total win/win scenerio. The property was also in A1 condition with a new kitchen and bathroom and I have tenants already to move straight in. Fantastic.
